Islamabad: Accountability Court (AC) has adjourned hearing of 190 million pounds reference till November 15.The case came up for hearing in AC led by Judge Nasir Javed Rana in Adiala jail Wednesday.Faisal Choudhry counsel for PTI said acquittal pleas of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi be decided first.AC replied no order from IHC has been received in trial court.NAB prosecutor said IHC has not issued any stay order against hearing by trial court. No stay order can be given in criminal case. The statement of the accused under 342 be recorded.NAB prosecutor said the matter of acquittal can be seen after IHC decision comes. IHC has not restrained trial court from hearing 190 million pounds reference.NAB prosecutor said three chances have been given to the accused for recording statement under 342.
