Rawalpindi: Judge Nasir Javed Rana of Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has adjourned the hearing of 190 million pounds reference against PTI founder and Bushra Bibi till October 30 without proceedings.The court has adjourned hearing due to on presence of Bushra Bibi and her counsel.Former chairman PTI was presented in the court during hearing of the case in Adiala jail. However exemption plea from attendance was filed by Bushra Bibi being her health condition not well.The court accepted the exemption plea.Usman Riaz Gul counsel for Bushara Bibi too did not appear in the court.The defence counsels prayed for adjourning the hearing for one week.NAB prosecutor opposed the plea seeking one week adjournment of hearing of the case.NAB prosecutor took the plea Bushra Bibi is not present in the hearing and her counsel too is not available today. Efforts are being made to prolong the case deliberately.Investigating officer of the case could not be cross questioned due to non availability of counsel for Bushra Bibi.The court however adjourned the hearing till October 30 rejecting the plea for adjourning the hearing for one week.
