Rawalpindi:Judge Nasir Javed Rana of Accountability Court (AC) has adjourned hearing of 190 million pounds reference against PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi till November 4.The hearing has been adjourned due to non presence of Bushra Bibi.Former chairman PTI was presented in the court in Adiala jail on Friday.Usman Gul counsel for Bushra Bibi filed exemption plea of his client on medical grounds saying as Bushra Bini is not present therefore, the hearing be adjourned till Wednesday.Counsel for NAB raised objection that attempts are being made to prolong the case deliberately. 35 hearings have taken place but last witness of the case is not being cross questioned.Counsel for NAB took the stance if Bushra Bibi cannot come to court then she should appoint Usman Gul her pleader.Counsel for NAB requested the court if Bushra Bibi does not come to court then her warrants be issued.The counsel for the accused told the court Bushra Bibi has not given directives so far to appoint pleader.The court adjourned the hearing till November 4.
