Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has adjourned till September 2 hearing of 5 cases including May 9 siege and arson in police station Shadman against PTI leaders.During the hearing of the case PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid said while moving to the judge he will be responsible if any harm is caused to her in jail. Not only me but also all the friends be granted bail.Hearing of five cases including May 9 siege and arson in police station Shadman against PTI senior leaders including Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Dr Yasmin Rashid, Umar Cheema, Ijaz Chaudhry and others came up for hearing in the court.Shah Mehmood Qureshi came on rostrum during the hearing of the case and requested the court in connection with oath on the Holy Quran.He sought judgment on Quran oath.During the hearing Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Umar Cheema, Ijaz Chaudhry and others while praying the court to decide the bail pleas of Dr Yasmin Rashid said Dr Yasmin Rashid is cancer patient and we withdraw our bail pleas.Shah Mehmood Qureshi requested the judge to decide the bail pleas of Yasmin Rashid.Judge Khalid Arshid of ATC said " i have sought record. I will decide today. I have issued several show cause notices to investigating officers for not presenting the record.judge Khalid Arshid said " I wonder why does the record not come. I give decision on one or two hearings.Prosecutor said we have not declared them innocent. Those 6 people are proclaimed offenders.Shah Mehmood Qureshi replied prosecutor Sahb, make correction they are not " ishtehari but they are " sarkari".Judge Khalid Arshid of ATC adjourned further proceedings of the cases till September 2 after hearing the arguments of the respondents.
