Islamabad: Court has adjourned hearing of audio leak case against Ali Amin Gandapur till September 29.

Audio leak case against Ali Amin Gandapur came up for hearing in additional sessions court Islamabad Saturday.

Additional sessions judge Nasar Minallah Baloch heard the case.

Exemption from attendance plea was presented in the court in respect of Ali Amin Gandapur.

The petitioner took the plea that bail has been granted to him by Peshawar High Court till September 23.

Defence counsel Raja Zahoor ul Hassan requested the court the proceedings of indictment be adjourned and long date be given.

The court adjourned hearing of the case till September 29.

The second accused Asad Farooq who is nominated in this case appeared in the court while Ali Amin was represented by his counsel.
