Islamabad: Hearing of Diamer Bhasha and Mohmand dam funds case will take place today (Wednesday).A 4-member larger bench of Supreme Court (SC) presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa and comprising Justice Irfan Saadat, Justice Naeem Akhtar and Justice Shahid Bilal will hear the case.Notice was issued to Attorney General (AG), Advocate General Punjab, chairman NHA, Chairman WAPDA and Chairman FBR.Notice has been issued to governor state bank, national bank and chairman PEMRA.
