Rawalpindi: Hearing of GHQ attack case has been adjourned till March 03. As per media reports no proceeding could be initiated in GHQ attack case in AntI Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi. Attendance of Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi was marked on jail rubkar. Video trial system could not become functional in the court. No witness of GHQ attack case appeared in the court. However Sheikh Rashid Ahmad appeared in the court. Judge Amjid Ali Shah of ATC Rawalpindi took up the case for hearing Tuesday. Order was given to make jail and court room functional on next date. There are 119 witnesses in GHQ attack case. Statements of 47 witnesses have been recorded so far. The defence counsel said video link trial notification is challenged in high court. Call up notice for summoning 5 witnesses on next date has been issued in GHQ attack case.
