Hearing of GHQ attack case against PTI founder Imran Khan others once again adjourned being judge on leave

Rawalpindi: Hearing of GHQ attack case against PTI founder Imran Khan and others has once again been adjourned being Judge Amjid Ali Shah of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on leave.

All the accused were informed that Judge Amjid Ali Shah was on leave on Monday.

The order of Supreme Court (SC) for completing trial within 4 months has not reached the court so far.

The contingent of police which was deployed outside the court was sent back being the judge on leave.

All the accused who appeared in the court were allowed to return after signing their roll.

Two important witnesses Magistrate Mujtaba and Sub Inspector Riaz were summoned for the fifth time on Monday.

The said case is facing deferment since the last two months. Statements of 25 out 119 witnesses have been recorded so far.
