Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has adjourned till November 5 hearing of GHQ attack case against PTI former vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi and others after marking attendance of the accused persons present in the court.
During the hearing of the case, special prosecutor and Faisal Malik counsel for PTI founder were also present in the court.
Prosecution told the court on the occasion that witnesses could not appear in the court due to cricket match because all witnesses are deployed on match security. Therefore, hearing be adjourned.
Upon it the court allowed all accused persons present in the court to go after their attendance.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till November 5 without proceedings.
The hearing was too adjourned on the petition from counsels of the accused to summon 13 witnesses for recording evidence again.
Evidence of 44 witnesses of prosecution have been recorded so far in this case.
