Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) adjourned the hearing of petition against closure of X for indefinite period.During the hearing of the case mention was made about constitutional amendment.A 3-member bench of LHC presided over by Chief Justice Aalia Neelum took up the petition against closure of X for hearing Tuesday.During the hearing of the case CJ LHC remarked 26th constitutional amendment has come. It is requested to petitioner no one can talk outside or raise question. Is there any restriction on social media apps.Counsel for the federation said notification of interior ministry regarding ban on X is available.Azhar Siddique counsel for the petitioner said ban has been imposed on media.Justice Ali Zia Bajwa remarked this case is not before us. You have come here in the case of ban on X and now you have started talking about journalism.CJ LHC remarked time of all is precious. Time of court is very precious.The court adjourned the hearing for indefinite period.
