PESHAWAR:Peshawar High Court (PHC) has adjourned hearing of the petitions filed against the imposition of governor rule and declaration of emergency in KP till November 10.

The petitions against the imposition of governor rule and declaration of emergency in KP came up for hearing in PHC on Tuesday.

During the hearing of the case the court inquired you have objection over governor rule and emergency to what extent.

The counsel for the petitioner said the imposition of governor rule and declaration emergency is correct to the extent of merged districts in KP.

The court inquired is mention of National Action Plan made in your petition. If we summon reply we will summon it on what basis.

The hearing of the case was adjourned till November 10.
