Hearing of super tax case adjourned till today

Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench has adjourned hearing of case related to super tax till today (Friday).

A five members SC constitutional bench presided over by Justice Amin ud Din heard the case Thursday.

Makhdoom Ali Khan counsel for companies argued there was a clear objective of super tax. Tax was to be utilized for rehabilitation of devastated areas. But no details have been given of any area since 2015 that how much tax was collected and where it was spent. One DB is bound to comply with the orders of other DB. In this case SC order has not been implemented.
