Hearing of Toshakhana-2 case on acquiring Bulgari company jewelry by PTI founder, Bushra Bibi adjourned

Rawalpindi: Hearing of Toshakhana -2 case regarding acquiring of Bulgari company precious jewelry by PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi has been adjourned till January 23 without proceedings.

The court while adjourning the hearing of the case due to absence of lawyers of the accused expressed resentment .

The court directed the lawyers of the petitioners should ensure their presence on next hearing.

Former chairman PTI and his wife Bushra Bibi were presented in the court.

The statement of two witnesses of FIA was to be recorded but the lawyers of the accused did not appear in the court.

The court adjourned hearing of the case .

Former chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi are charged with obtaining precious jewelry of Bulgari company from Toshakhana at low price against the law and they sold out them in the market. Cost of jewelry set was Rs 7.5 crore.
