Islamabad: Chairman Senate Yousuf Raza Gillani has refused to preside over Senate session unless the production order of PTI senator Ejaz Chaudhry is implemented.

Yousuf Raza Gillani has refused to preside over Senate session.

He has said as long as his order for producing PTI senator Ejaz Chaudhry is not implemented he will not preside over Senate session.

It is pertinent to mention here Chairman Senate has issued production order to bring Senator Ejaz Chaudhry from jail to Senate session but jail administration is not implementing it.

Upon it chairman Senate has refused to preside over Senate session under protest.
