Islamabad: Indian Blind Cricket Team (IBCT) is still waiting for permission from Indian government to participate in Blind T-20 World Cup in Pakistan this month.Indian Blind Cricket Council (IBCC) has already assured Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) for participating in Blind T-20 World cup and Sports ministry has issued NOC to Indian team as well. But formal approval and clearance has not been given by Indian sports ministry to blind team.Indian team is waiting for government clearance. Blind T-20 world cup is scheduled from 23 rd November to 3rd December in Pakistan.It is pertinent to mention here Indian team had visited Pakistan for mutual series in 2014 while Pakistan team had not participated in the event in India in 2023 for want of visas.
