Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while accepting bail plea of former MNA Ali Wazir has ordered to release him. A division bench of IHC comprising Justice Babar Sattar and justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan approved the bail plea Wednesday. The court has ordered to release Ali Wazir against surety bond in the sum of Rs 25000. Terrorism related case is registered against Ali Wazir former MNA. He is imprisoned in Adiala jail at present. Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) had rejected bail plea of Ali Wazir. Upon it he had resorted to IHC in connection with his bail.
