IHC adjourns till NOV 14 hearing of appeal plea of PTI founder against conviction in Toshakhana-1 case

Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while adjourning till November 14 hearing of appeal plea of PTI founder against conviction in Toshakhana-1 case has directed to fix second bail plea for hearing.The appeal plea against conviction of PTI founder in Toshakhana-1 case came up for hearing in IHC Tuesday.Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq and justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb took up the case for hearing.NAB prosecutor while raising objection said this appeal plea has been fixed out of turn. Bushra Bibi was released by court but she has not appeared today.CJ IHC Aamer Farooq remarked her petition has not been fixed for hearing today. There were acquittal pleas of both of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi. The second petition has not been fixed too along with it. We direct the office to fix that plea too.The court adjourned till November 14 hearing of appeal plea by PTI founder seeking nullification of his conviction.
