ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has allowed former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry to go abroad for two weeks.Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamir Farooq took up for hearing Fawad Chaudhry petiton seeking removal of his name from Passport Control List (PCL).During the hearing of the case the court ordered to remove name of Fawad Chaudhry from PCL for two weeks.The court has maintained Fawad Chaudhry can go abroad from August 10 to 24.Later talking to media men Fawad Chaudhry said this conversation remained pivotal point in all case that Police have no evidence. More than one year has passed bail are running. There is lawlessness like situation in Pakistan. The constitution is not being respected. Campaign is being run against the judges. Political system of Pakistan stands on form47. Government based on form 47 is doing every thing to save it which is affecting the constitution.Election Commission has been ruined. State structure stands on institution but the institutions are being annihilated o ne by one. FIA, Police and Prosecution have been destroyed.
