Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has allowed Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University (SZABU) to issue results of Medical Admission Test (Mdcat).The petition filed by 6 students including Ammar Naeem, Shahzeb Wazir and Saba Imman seeking court's orders for holding Mdcat test again due to out of syllabus questions in the test came up for hearing before Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of IHC Thursday.Allowing SZABU to issue final result of Mdcat the court has said the results of Mdcat will be conditional to final order of the court.It may be recalled that IHC had earlier stopped SZABU from announcing final result of Mdcat .The petitioners had taken plea in the petition that medical admission test of Mdcat took place on September 22 in Islamabad. 26 to 27 Mc Queens out of 200 were out of syllabus. The page of questions was also taken back by examiner after test which should have been remained with students.Students and their parents staged peaceful protest due to irregularities in Mdcat test.T he respondents failed in maintaining transparency in Mdcat test.
