Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while nullifying 8 days physical remand of PTI Members of National Assembly (MNAs) has ordered to send arrested leaders of PTI on judicial .The petitions seeking annulment of physical remand of PTI leaders arrested in the cases registered after PTI public meeting came up for hearing before a division bench of IHC comprising Chief Justice (CJ) Aamer Farooq and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz Friday.Prosecutor General (PG) appeared in the court.Adil Aziz Qazi vice chairman Islamabad Bar Council and Raja Haleem Abbasi advocate appeared in the court on behalf of the accused persons.CJ IHC remarked yes state has come. All the orders of physical remand are same. Let the state give reply that what had happened such that physical remand of 8 days was given. This is such act which has no precedence.On reading FIR by PG , the CJ IHC while giving interesting remarks said author of this FIR is too interesting. This is Islamabad Police or Razia who got trapped among th e goons. Credit will have to be given that we have found a good comedy to see after long period. Whoever has written this FIR he has written a good comedy.Justice Aamer Farooq remarked pistol charges were leveled against Shoaib Shaheen. Do I not know Shoaib Shaheen. About Gohar Khan they are saying that he took out pistol. Do you and I not know Gohar. You read comedy. Now what has to be recovered from them.PG Islamabad said stick has been recovered from Shoaib ShaheenUpon it the whole court room echoed with laughter.PG Islamabad told the court pistol has been recovered from Sher Afzal Marwat.CJ IHC remarked four days have passed. You have done what you were to do. Why 8 days remand was given. Remand for two days would have been given. Custody is given but final custody is court's custody. Ridiculous allegations have been leveled in this case and 8 days remand was given. If we accept the allegations correct then there is a procedure in this regard. Who has made this story he ha s made an interesting story. A film can be made on it.The counsel Adil Aziz Qazi said judgment of Supreme Court Is there in Wahab ul Khairi case. We gave bail application in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) but it was not heard.Upon it CJ IHC remarked our order may have gone late. We see it. We issue short order just now so that you could get relief.IHC reserved judgment on the petitions against physical remand of the MNAs.The court while announcing reserved judgment declared the 8 days physical remand of PTI MNAs null and void and ordered to send the arrested MNAs on judicial remand.It is pertinent to mention here IHC has already suspended decision regarding physical remand of arrested PTI leaders.
