IHC clubs two petitions in the case of not allowing visitors by jail administration to meet PTI founder

Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has clubbed miscellaneous petition seeking review of court's July 18 order on the matter of not allowing visitors by jail administration to meet PTI founder in jail and contempt of court petition filed by PTI founder against jail administration.The court has adjourned further hearing of the case till September 13.The court while issuing notice to jail administration has sought reply from jail administrationThe court clubbed review petition by jail administration with central case of contempt of court Thursday.State counsel Umar Chaudhry advocate presented record related to SOPs agreed between jail administration and PTI founder in the court.Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan while hearing the case issued notice on miscellaneous petition and adjourned the hearing of the case till September 13.The court also directed to provide to lawyers all the record of SOPs agreed between jail administration and PTI founder.
