Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while declaring the reply of state counsel and Adiala Jail authorities unsatisfactory on PTI founder plea for his medical check up by Shaukat Khanum hospital doctors has issued notice to jail authorities and sought reply today (Thursday).Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb while declaring the reply of state counsel and jail authorities unsatisfactory said " see his application. Attitude of you people is not praiseworthy. I will issue order on it.He gave these remarks during the hearing of PTI founder petition seeking his medical check up by the doctors of Shaukat Khanum hospital .State counsel while filing reply on behalf of superintendent Adiala jail said doctors are available in jail for medical check up. Medical check up is conducted 3 days in a week. Ban is imposed on meetings till October 25. This ban has been imposed by home department of Punjab government.Counsel for PTI founder said PTI founder is under trial prisoner. Doctors are allowed to conduct m edical check up during wars too.Petition for medical check up of PTI founder was filed in IHC two days before. The request for interim relief was also part of petition.Through the petition it was requested that permission be given for immediate medical check up of former Prime Minister (PM) by Dr Asim Yousuf, Dr Samina Niazi and ENT doctor. The personal physicians are not being given access to Imran Khan.The counsel told the court electricity is not there since several days. PTI founder is not being allowed to come to corridor.The court directed " file petition separately.The court issued notice to jail superintendent and directed him to appoint representative.The court ordered that the representative should appear before it today (Thursday).The hearing of the case was adjourned.
