Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while directing for vaccination of stray dogs has ordered to register case against the persons responsible for killing these dogs.

Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro of IHC took up for hearing Wednesday the case against genocide and killing the stray dogs in federal capital.

CDA officials appeared in the court.

During the hearing of the case the court summoned director municipal administration CDA in person for explanation on killing stray dogs.

The court ordered case be registered against those found responsible for killing the stray dogs on availability of evidence.

IHC ordered to implement policy -2020 regarding stray dogs.

The court directed CDA for vaccination of stray dogs.

The hearing of the case was adjourned till October 27.
