Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed superintendent Adiala jail to act upon as per the list of visitors given by PTI founder.The court issued these orders during hearing of the case filed by PTI founder in connection with difficulties in his meeting with visitors.The court issued this order after the statement of superintendent Adiala jail wherein he has stated that court should give clear order to us as there remains confusion with us in this regard.The case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan Friday.Superintendent Adiala jail said court should give us clear order. We remain in confusion. Some time one list comes and other time another list comes. They confuse us.The court remarked " act upon the list which the PTI founder who is in jail has given.Superintendent Adiala jail said 250 books were given to PTI founder in a year in jail.The counsel said they stop small things. One news paper and dumbbell are not being provided .Later the court issued these directives.
