Islamabad: Chief Justice (CJ) Islamabad High Court (IHC) Aamer Farooq has expressed annoyance over counsel for petitioner for not making Mohsin Naqvi respondent in the petition challenging his appointment as chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).The CJ IHC allowed to make amendment in the petition for making Mohsin Naqvi respondent.CJ IHC took up for hearing petition filed by citizen Ahmad Nawaz Khan.The CJ IHC expressed displeasure over the counsel of the petitioner for not making Mohsin Naqvi respondent in the petition.The CJ IHC inquired from the counsel of the petitioner you have challenged the appointment of whose.The counsel for petitioner said we have challenged appointment of Mohsin Naqvi as chairman PCB.The CJ IHC remarked where it is written among respondents.
