Islamabad: Five judges of Islamabad High Court (IHC) have challenged decision of judges transfer and seniority case in Supreme Court (SC).

The five judges have filed intra court appeal in SC through senior lawyer Munir A Malik.

SC had declared transfer of judges to IHC correct.

A five members bench of SC had sent matter of seniority to President of Pakistan.

The judges through intra court appeal have requested SC to declare decision announced on June 19 in transfer case null and void besides keeping the decision suspended till the decision of appeal plea.
