Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed for hearing the petition seeking suspension of sentence of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in 190 million pounds case.

A division bench of IHC will hear the petition seeking suspension of sentence on May 8. Division bench comprises acting Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif.

It is pertinent to mention here Imran Khan has filed petition seeking suspension of his sentence and his release on bail.

The court has fixed the petitions for hearing with office objections.
