Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has given time till May 29 to Islamabad police for presenting details of cases against PTI leader Shoaib Shaheen.

Request was made for giving additional time in this regard which was accepted.

Petition filed by Shoaib Shaheen came up for hearing before justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir in IHC Thursday.

Islamabad authorities and other lawyers appeared in the court.

Police requested that additional time be given to them as they have not got details of all cases so far.

Counsel for Shoaib Shaheen took the plea police often put name in old cases.

The court while adjourning the hearing of the petition till May 29 has sought all details from police.
