Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued judges duty roster for next week.Deputy registrar issued the roster under the directives of Chief Justice IHC.According to duty roster only 3 judges will be available in the next week from September 2 to 6.3 single and one division benches have been constituted for hearing of cases in next week.Justice Babar Sattar and justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan will be available for hearing of the cases next week.Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz will be available only on September 02.5 Judges of IHC including chief justice will not be available due to summer vacations.Special division bench and larger bench will be available when need arises next week.It is pertinent to mention here summer vacations in IHC will continue till September 20.
