Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice and sought reply from FIA on bail plea of PTI founder Imran Khan in Toshakhana-2 case .Hearing of the case was adjourned for indefinite period.The bail plea of PTI founder Imran Khan came before single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb Monday.It is pertinent to mention hear special judge central had rejected PTI founder bail plea while bail plea of Bushra Bibi has been approved in Toshakhana-2 case.The court while issuing notice to FIA sought reply from it and adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period.The next date of hearing will be fixed by registrar office.
