Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to the respondents on the petition filed by PFUJ (Dastoor group) against amendment in PECA act.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period.

Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas while issuing notice to the respondents has sought reply.

PFUJ petition was clubbed with the case already pending hearing.

The date for next hearing will be fixed with central case.

The petitions of PFUJ, Islamabad High Court Journalists Association and Anchors association are already pending hearing in the court.
