Islamabad: Petition has been filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC) against disappearance of PTI focal person Intezar Panjutha.Counsel Ali Ijaz has resorted to IHC against the alleged disappearance of Intezar Panjutha spokesperson of PTI founder Imran Khan.Federation has been made respondent through interior secretary and defence secretary.Chief Commissioner Islamabad, FIA and IG Police Islamabad have also been made respondents.The petitioner has said contact is not being made with Intezar Panjutha advocate from 4 p.m since October 8. Efforts have been made to trace PTI leader.It has been said in the petition other institutions including police were contacted but nothing could be ascertained about Intezar Panjutha.The petitioner has requested the court to order for recovery of Intezar Panjutha.
