IHC moved for stopping, declaring PTI protest illegal

Islamabad: Traders have filed petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking court's orders for stopping and declaring PTI protest illegal.The traders have requested the court to declare protest violation of freedom of trade and basic human rights.President Jinnah Super Market has filed petition in IHC for stopping and declaring PTI protest illegal.The interior ministry, chief commissioner, IG Islamabad and chairman PTI Barrister Gohar have been made respondents in the petition.The petitioner has taken plea in the petition that PTI protest is violation of basic human rights, Dong business peacefully and discharging other obligations is basic right of every citizen. The basic rights of the citizens can be affected due to PTI protest.The court has been requested through the petition to issue directives to administration to stop Chairman PTI and PTI workers from this illegal protest. Protection be provided to movement, trade and property in view of the protest.The petition further said protest call be declared violation of freedom of trade and basic human rights. Court should issue directives for stopping illegal protest and ensuring peace and security.
