Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has nullified Election Commission (EC) decision on changing justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri from Election Tribunal (ET) Islamabad.The Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq while announcing reserved judgment in the case against change of ET and election act amendment ordinance annulled the EC order on changing Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri.The court while referring back the matter to EC directed it to decide the case again.The court also nullified the order of appointing retired judge Shakoor Paracha as judge in ET.PTI leaders Shoaib Shaheen , Aamir Mughal and Ali Bokhari had filed petitions against changes in ET set up for Islamabad constituencies.
