Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has nullified physical remand of Azam Swati in 12 cases including vandalizing and siege and arson cases.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb has remarked my previous day anger was not justifiable and I feel sorry for it. Judge was not before me. I should not have done so. What we cannot write in decision we cannot say it in court too.He gave these remarks during hearing of case related to grant of physical remand of Azam Swati after court hours.Counsel Ali Bokhari said list was filed in high court on October 11 that there were 12 cases against Azam Swati. One FIR was filed in high court. The details were concealed deliberately.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb inquired has prosecution intention to seek more physical remand of Azam Swati now.Prosecutor General Islamabad said I cannot give any statement in this regard now.The court inquired is Azam Swati arrested in all cases now.Prosecutor General said physical remand has been granted in all cases and he is arrested in all cases.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked physical remand of one person took place and on expiry of physical remand his second physical remand was taken. Judge should have said this is case of October 5. How remand is being sought from me.IHC expressed satisfaction over report of Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked we are satisfied over the report given by Judge Abual Hasnat.IHC declared the order of physical remand of Azam Swati null and void.
