Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued written decision nullifying its single bench decision on declaring the Pakistan Naval Farms and Pakistan Navy Sailing Club along Rawal Lake illegal.

IHC also set aside the decision on demolition of sailing club.

IHC issued one page short written decision.

The division bench declared null and void decision of single bench of former chief justice IHC Athar Minallah.

Ministry of defence , former Naval Chief Zafar Mehmood Abbasi and others had filed appeals.

The court also nullified the order to the Auditor General of Pakistan to assess the alleged loss caused to the national exchequer.
