Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered for recovering two missing brothers of social media activist Azhar Mashwani and presenting them before it besides adjourning the hearing of the petition till August 13.Justice Miangul Hassan remarked " it is correct you people are at receiving end in what situation prevails at present. A day before Prime Minister (PM) has said the country should run according to Shariat. Then they should run these matters as per Shariat too. We will see the reply on next hearing. Otherwise my earlier orders are there too. We will see after reply on next hearing. Otherwise we will call Attorney General (AG),He gave these remarks during hearing of petition seeking recovery of two missing brothers of Azhar Mashwani on Friday.Professor Mazhar ul Hassan and Professor Zahoor ul Hassan brothers of Azhar Mashwani are missing since June 6.The lawyers Babar Awan and Aamna Ali appeared in the court on behalf of father of two missing brothers.Justice Miangul Hassan inquired that it is in news papers today. Is he arrested.Counsel Babar Awan told the court petitioner is not arrested but he is father of two missing brothers.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked it is correct that he is some one else who has been arrested.Counsel Babar Awan told Azhar Mishwani is social media activist . Earlier he was lifted too. Two professors were lifted on June 6 while Rauf Hassan and Barrister Gohar were arrested too. Barrister Gohar was not arrested but Rauf Hassan was arrested.Judge remarked while smiling Barrister Gohar wanted to be arrested but he was not arrested because he does not come upto qualification.Babar Awan said we filed petition in Lahore High Court (LHC) earlier then we withdrew it on August 05. It was said in the message on whatsapp of intelligence agency from islamabad which has been put on record that social media activities be closed. His brothers are in possession of intelligence agency Islamabad. Wife of Azhar Mashwani was to go abroad. We filed petition in Peshawar High Court (PHC) in this regard.The court during hearing of the case ordered to recover two missing brothers of Azhar Mashwani and present them before it .Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb while moving to Deputy Attorney General (DAG) said it will have to be seen they say what on next hearing.The counsel said the interior ministry in its reply filed in PHC expressed its resentment about social media activities. Call was made to Mashwani from mobile number and he was told that his two brothers are in possession of intelligence agency.The court remarked here whosoever hurls abuses more and who will behave roughly comes ahead. However it should be taken aside . There is a real matter too here.The court directed counsel Babar Awan " tell us Islamic view point on keeping people in possession without remand and not presenting them before Qazi.The court adjourned hearing of the case till August 13.
