Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered interior ministry and others to remove PTI Senator Shibli Faraz name from Exit Control List (ECL) within a week.The court ordered the name be removed from ECL within a week and it be informed thereof. If court order is not implemented within a week then interior secretary should appear in the court in person.This order was issued on Friday.The contempt of court plea for not removing name of Senator Shibli Faraz from the ECL despite court orders came up for hearing in IHC.Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri of IHC took up the petition filed by senator Shibli Faraz for hearing.Shibli Faraz appeared in the court along with his counsel.The court inquired as to why the name has not been removed so far.The counsel replied they are neither telling nor are giving report.Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri remarked why does not he tell these matters in assembly. He is parliamentarian.The counsel told the court there job is being done opposite to it. Speake r Sahb too says.The court ordered name be removed from ECL within a week and court be informed in this regard. If order is not implemented in a week then interior secretary should appear in person in the court.The court adjourned the hearing for a week.
