Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered interior ministry to give decision within 30 days on the application filed by Senator Saifullah Abroo seeking removal of his name from ECL (Exit Control List). The petition filed by PTI senator Saifullah Abroo for removal of his name from ECL came up for hearing before Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Sarfraz Dogar Friday.

Qamar Inayat Raja counsel for senator Saifullah Abroo appeared in the court. The court ordered interior ministry to decide Senator Saif Ullah Abroo petition within 30 days. Qamar Inayat Raja counsel for Senator Saifullah Abroo said during the hearing of the case that application has been given to interior ministry for removal of name from ECL. The CJ IHC remarked let decision on your application come and then we see it. The court adjourned the hearing of the case with issuing directives to interior ministry.
