Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered that journalist Asad Ali Toor be not harassed during inquiry. The petition from Asad Ali Toor against NCCIA notice came up for hearing in IHC on Thursday. During the hearing the court ordered Journalist Asad Ali Toor be not harassed during inquiry.

The court ordered investigation officer to appear before it in person. Counsel Atta Ullah Kundi said we want to appear in inquiry but don't want to be arrested. Allegations for providing fake and false information have been leveled.

Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro inquired which news has been called fake.

Atta Ullah Kundi replied the news about the medical situation of PTI founder which was given by quoting some journalist.
