Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered PTI to file reply in regard to the petition seeking closure of X account of PTI founder Imran Khan. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir Khan took up for hearing petition seeking closure of PTI founder X account.

The court issued notice again to Barrister Gohar Ali Khan as chairman PTI for not filing written reply and ordered to submit reply in his capacity as party head. Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry and Murtaza Tori appeared in the court from the side of PTI founder during hearing of the petition filed by advocate Ghulam Murtaza.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir said to the law officer of Advocate General Office to ask the Advocate General (AG) to read our decision. If he misuses meetings then what has to be done. It has also been told in the decision.

The court said to the sub inspector who appeared in the court on behalf of NCCIA that law officer should appear in the court in future from NCCIA.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir said to PTI counsel we will provide questions for next hearing and you have to give reply to these questions. You have to tell You can do what as regulator.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 10.
