Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to deseal KP house.The petition against sealing KP House Islamabad came up for hearing before Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq Thursday.CDA took the plea illegal construction was made. Some dues are also outstanding. First notice was given in 2014.CJ IHC Aamer Farooq ordered to de-seal the KP house.The court while addressing CDA counsel remarked you can do this according to rules and regulations. If there is something then see it and inform us , we will see it. It should not look so that you are targeting some one. I am giving decision. You should de-seal KP House.The petition against sealing KP house was filed in IHC a day before.KP government had filed petition through secretary admn making law ministry, interior ministry, DG Rangers, FIA, CDA and Police respondents.The petitioner took the plea that property of provincial government was sealed illegally.The court was requested through the petition to declare illegal the step of taking government vehicles into custody and sealing KP House. Order be issued to de-seal KP House forthwith.
