IHC orders to provide to PTI founder all the facilities including news paper to which he is entitled to as per jail manual

Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has remarked all the facilities including news paper to which PTI founder Imran Khan is entitled to as per jail manual be provided to him.High Court issued these directives to deputy superintendent Adiala jail Thursday.Justice Arbab Tahir said to jail authorities ( you should arrange the meetings , may it be whatsapp call or any way.The court took up for hearing the petition filed by Noorin Niazi.Justice Arbab Tahir remarked " Shoaib Shaheen Sahb, jail authorities say the meetings have been restored.Shoaib Shaheen requested court should seek affidavit that restriction will not be imposed on meetings now.Justice Arbab Tahir remarked as per jail authorities restrictions were imposed due to security reasons.PTI founder is not allowed to talk to his sons.Deputy Superintendent jail said facility of whatsapp call is not mentioned in jail manual.justice Arbab Tahir remarked you should get arrange meeting be it whats app call or in any way.DIG jail A bdul Rauf and deputy superintendent Adiala Jail appeared in the court as per court's order.Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Khalid Mehmood appeared in the court too. All the facilities have been provided to PTI founder as per jail rules.DIG Jails said meetings have been started with PTI founder.Deputy superintendent jail said lawyers and family members met him a day before. All the facilities have been provided.The court remarked where is counsel Shoaib Shaheen. He will tell either the facilities have been provided or otherwise.The court announced interval in the hearing till the arrival of Shoaib Shaheen.The court resumed hearing of the petition on provision of better facilities to Imran Khan in jail after interval.Shoaib Shaheen counsel for the petitioner appeared in the court.The court remarked the facilities to which PTI founder is entitled to as per jail manual be provided to him.IHC also directed to provide news papers to PTI founder.
