Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while removing objections on the petition filed against slow internet and installation of firewall has directed to fix the case for hearing today (Tuesday).Chief Justice (CJ) of IHC Aamir Farooq has remarked we will review three objections on judicial side.He gave these remarks during the hearing of petition Monday.The petition against slow internet and installation of firewall was heard with its objections. Registrar office has raised objections on the petition.The counsel Imaan Mazari said registrar office has raised objection on the petition.The CJ IHC Aamir Farooq remarked we will see 3 objections on judicial side. The 4th objection relates to use of inappropriate language in the petition.Counsel Imaan Mazari said we have attached only tweet with it and inappropriate language has not been used therein. It is requested to the court the case be fixed for hearing tomorrow.The court directed to fix the case for hearing on Today (Tuesday) besides remov ing the objections raised by registrar office on the petition.
