Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on the petition for directing trial court to decide bail plea of Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-2 case.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the petition seeking court's order for directing trial court to early decide bail plea of Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana -2 case.Suleman Safdar counsel for Bushra Bibi, investigating officer and FIA authorities appeared in the court.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked order will be issued as per directives of National Judicial Policy. We will issue order on your petition.It is pertinent to mention here Accountability Court Islamabad had adjourned hearing of bail plea of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi on September 6 in Toshakhana -2 case.
