Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has sought policy from Deputy Registrar Judicial (DRJ) for fixation of appeal pleas in 190 million pounds case. Acting Chief Justice (ACJ) Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Inam Amin Minhas issued the order.

According to order the petition seeking early hearing of appeals was filed. Deputy Registrar Judicial should file report pertaining to policy for fixing case.

It is pertinent to mention here PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi have filed petition for early hearing. However appeals have not been fixed for hearing so far.
