Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while giving a big relief to Najaf Hameed brother of former DG ISI Faiz Hameed involved in fraud case has stopped FIA from arresting him.

After preliminary hearing of the petition, the court issued notice to respective respondents and sought reply from them.

The court adjourned hearing of the case for further proceedings.

It is pertinent to mention here Special Judge Central had approved on January 16, FIA plea for withdrawing the decision regarding bail before arrest in respect of Najaf Hameed

Later Najaf Hameed resorted to IHC against the cancellation of his bail plea. He had challenged the decision announced by Special judge Central on January 24 regarding the cancellation of his bail.
