Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has stopped FIA from harassing former senator Farhat Ullah Babar.

Justice Inam Minhas issued 2-page written order wherein it is said FIA should not harass Farahat Ullah Babar and move forward the proceedings as per law.

The court issued notice to FIA and others till last week of June.

Advocate Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha are pursuing the case.

According to petitioner inquiry against him is pending in FIA.

It has been requested in the petition that the FIA be ordered to provide details of the charges and all other details to him.

Copy of complaint is also not being provided to the petitioner.
