Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has suspended single bench decision on abolishing the clause from jail rules regarding restriction on prisoners political talk.

Intra court appeal was filed against the decision of bench led by Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan.

Punjab government had challenged single bench decision in IHC.

Now the decision of single bench on abolishing the clause of bar on political talk of prisoners has been suspended.
