Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear the appeal pleas filed by PT I founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi against their conviction in Al-Qadir trust case on October 5. The IHC bench comprising Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Sarfraz Dogar and justice Muhammad Asif will hear the appeal pleas. The court has already sought final arguments from the lawyers of both the respondents. It is pertinent to mention here an accountability court of Islamabad had handed a 14 years prison term along with a fine Rs 10 lac to Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi was also convicted and sentenced to 7 years in prison with a fine of Rs 5 lac in 190 million pounds case in January 2025.
